Using SkyyTrust

SkyyTrust is a community for sharing air-travel questions and experiences. You may browse without an account. Publishing requires an account with a confirmed email address. Keep your credentials private and take responsibility for activity on your account.

Your contributions

Share content you have the right to publish. You keep ownership of your contributions and allow SkyyTrust to store, display and format them to operate the community. Posts, usernames, comments and outcomes are public. Do not include passport numbers, booking references, boarding passes, payment details or another person's private information.

Community moderation

Follow the Community Rules. You can report a post or comment. Moderators may hide content or suspend publishing access when the rules are breached. Actions are recorded. Contact the operator to appeal an action or request removal of your own content.

Travel information

Community statements are contributed by users and may be incomplete or inaccurate. SkyyTrust does not act as an airline, airport, booking agent or claims service. Verify operational information with the relevant provider. Airline and airport listings may include historical information. No refund, resolution or response is guaranteed.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical faults. Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated date. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
